1. How much does it cost to join?
The Monthly membership for a position in the "New Wave Power Marketing" 4x4 Matrix costs $12.00 (USD) which includes a $2 Payment Processing fee per month.
Once you join, you will automatically receive an email and you will have 24 Hours to CLICK the Link in this email to confirm and activate your Membership. Otherwise your Account will be deleted and you will need to sign up again and ACTIVATE.

You will then Have 24 Hours to UPGRADE and Pay your Subscription.

2. Can I have more than one account?
YES. You can have Multiple Accounts. - {Please see Note 7. - below for instructions}

3. How will I be paid commissions?
We pay you via - AlertPay or SolidTrust Pay.
You will only start to earn commissions once your position has been paid for.

4. I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
In Your Members Section , Go to "Account Details", then CLICK on the "KEY" next to "Password - Coded" .

5. When will commissions be paid?
Commissions will be paid when you have $5.00 or more, accumulated in your Account.

Log into your Back Office , Go to *CASH HISTORY* Scroll to bottom of Page, then click on the Blue box *MAKE WITHDRAWAL REQUEST*.
Please put in the amount you would like transferred to your Payment Processor.
Please Note*Payment Processors do charge a FEE for RECEIVING funds.(e.g.Alertpay charges approx (2.5% + 0.25c) per Transaction)

* IMPORTANT * - If you are unable to see your " BLUE PAYMENT BUTTON"
Please make sure your *Payment Settings* are correct via the "Members Area". To see if your information is correct, login to the members area and then click on the link that says *Account Details*. MAKE SURE THAT YOU ENTER YOUR PAYMENT PROCESSOR EMAIL ADDRESS UNDER *ACCOUNT ID*

6. Is this a pyramid scheme?
NO. A pyramid scheme involves giving money to an upline without a product or a service.

For EMAIL - G'MAIL is the Easiest & Quick way to create Multiple Addresses.

HERE IS HOW:

You will have to create NEW email addresses for each position you Purchase.

Similar to above *USERNAMES* i.e.

fred@gmail.com (MAIN EMAIL ADDRESS)
then :-

fred1@gmail.com

fred2@gmail.com

fred3@gmail.com .....etc.

On each email Account when you login, you are then able to go to:-
1.*SETTINGS*

2.*FORWARDING*

3.Tick Box - Forward a copy of incoming mail to (Your main email address) (e.g. fred@gmail.com)

4. That's it.

8. You did not receive an activation email.
If you have checked the spam/junk folders of your email inbox and still do not have the activation email, then use the support link to contact us. We will then manually activate your account and advise you so you can log in. Please use a GMail account if possible.

9. Your sponsor details are incorrect.
Please make sure that when you register, that you have the right sponsors ID for the correct sponsor. If you use an incorrect link or ID, you will then fall under admin ID#1 in the main matrix.
You will need to register for a new position if you wish to be under that sponsor.
Before you register for a position, please clear your internet cookies. The New Wave Power Marketing Program works with cookies, as do most programs, and if you have looked at a prior New Wave Power Marketing link, even the main one, and you do not clear your cookies before signing up under a sponsors link, you will go under that first sponsor. When you have done this and signed up for your new position, check that your sponsors details are correct before activating.

10. Should I Tick The *SECURE MODE* in MEMBERS Back Office - *PROFILE PAGE*
*NO*

This is in the BACK OFFICE for PROTECTION for some Members so no-one else can log on to their Account from another Computer.

Most Internet Providers, use a Different IP Address when each Time you log on to the Internet.
You can check with your Provider if you wish.

SO if you do TICK the *SECURE MODE* you may get this message
"You cannot log-in due to an IP error."
You will need to Contact us via the support ticket system at "New Wave Power Marketing" and we will uncheck the mode.

11. Support Tickets and emails.
Please note that you must ALWAYS use the support ticket system to contact us. Do not ever reply to an email from us as it will not be read.

Once you have submitted a support ticket it will be answered within 24hrs. Unless a support ticket requires further replies, it will be closed after it is answered by our Admin Team. If you have sent a support ticket from your account, then to view it make sure that you change the setting to show the 'closed' tickets.
If you have sent a general support ticket direct from the main site, then you will receive a reply direct to your inbox.


DO NOT reply to a support ticket via email. Always use the support ticket system at "New Wave Power Marketing"

13. Why does your matrix entries differ from your commissions?
When the matrix is compressed due to unpaid positions, a position may move from one members downline into anothers. As the commission will have already been paid to the original member of that month it cannot be paid to that new member until the following month.

14. You are not receiving emails from "NEW WAVE POWER MARKETING".
As requested on the main page, try and use a G'Mail account as they are less problematic with receiving emails from us. If you did register with a G'Mail account, please also check your junk folder in case our emails are going there.

To change your email address on your account, log in, go to your 'account details' page and make the necessary change.

15. What does compression mean?
COMPRESSION is done every week on FRIDAY at 0.00 hrs ( EST- US time) which is every Thursday at Midnight.

Any unpaid NEW Positions are deleted after 24hrs and the matrix is compressed.

PLEASE NOTE:-
MONTHLY RENEWALS are due on the 30 Day Monthly Anniversary from the 1st Payment .
When you first Join and Pay you are asked to set up an Automatic Subscription with your Payment Processor. So future Monthly Payments should be taken care of by your Payment Processor.
If for some reason your Payment Processor refuses to make the Payment, you will have 7 Days before your PositionID# will be Compressed out due to Non-Payment.
You will no Longer be able to get this Position back again. So you will lose all your Downline and any Commissions Accrued.
You would then need to sign up again and fall at the end of the Matrix.

When COMPRESSION takes Place positions may get moved to another sponsor.
The sponsor that these positions signed up under originally will receive the commission for that position for that month.
If the referral is moved under another sponsor during compression, then the new sponsor will receive the commissions for the following month.
This ensures that the matrix is solid and that there are no holes in it.

16. How can I cancel my account?
We do not manage or control members subscriptions for positions.

Log into your Alertpay or SolidTrustPay account that you made your subscription with to "New Wave Power Marketing" and cancel it directly there. Your position will then expire when the next monthly payment is due and be compressed out within 7 days if not paid.
Please ignore any renewal notices that you will receive if you are cancelling that position.

Please also note that as per the Terms and Conditions that you agreed to upon registration, as the products sold via "New Wave Power Marketing" are electronic and downloadable, there are no refunds on monies already paid.

17. What you need to know about your *REPLICATED SITE* PAGES?
MEMBERS HAVE 3 (three) *Replicated Site Pages available to them included with their membership.
These are HOSTED on our SERVERS for "FREE" to PAID MEMBERS.
You may use these for *SPLASH* Pages or for any other use.
In the *MEMBERS* back Office Click on "MY PAGE" then click on Paper Graphic "PLUS" sign, when you mouse over it it states *Add a Page*.

There are some functions that you are unable to use (eg. add picture from your own Computer) This is due to this feature being in our own Script Software.
BUT you can add anything you wish with HTML CODE.

18. GETTING ERROR MESSAGES WHEN SIGNING UP?
If you are having trouble signing up and getting an error message that the *TURING NUMBER* is incorrect.

Please use a different BROWSER {Internet Explorer} as we have found that "Mozilla Firefox" does not show the No's as CLEARLY as IE.

Also just REFRESH the Page to see another No. if not Clear or * ZOOM* in the Page to make the Numbers larger.

19. Who are the owners of New Wave Power Marketing?
The owner is Stan Jensen who lives in Adelaide, Australia and has major experience running matrix and cycler programs with the 'One World Team', '3 Star Galaxy' and 'One World Team' programs.
The marketing is run by Thomas Sullivan who lives in Brisbane, Australia and has had years of Internet Marketing success with the 'Team OrangeMoon', 'Team One World' and 'Power of 3' and 'List Millionaire' programs.
We also have a strong admin team that look after the support ticket issues.

20. What is spillover?
As our matrix is a maximum of 4 positions wide on level #1 for all members, then once they have filled their level, then any further new referrals that they receive will spill over into their next levels.

21. Your Banner has been deleted.
Members Banners must be no bigger than 468x60 in size. Any banners that are submitted and are bigger than this size will be deleted. We will also delete any banners that are deemed inappropiate or any 'dead' banners.
Members are allowed a maximum of 3 banners per 'New Wave' account to promote. Any members who try and break this rule will have all banners deleted.

22. Can I Purchase additional Positions with my Earnings.
YES.

You will NOT see the Shopping Cart in your Back Office until you have accrued $12.00 in Commissions.
As you can only use Accrued Commissions to purchase any additional positions from your Back Office using the same *USERNAME* and *EMAIL ADDRESS*

YES you can use your accrued Commissions to pay for a NEW POSITION in *NEW WAVE*.
The next month when this NEW positions monthly Subscription becomes due again, you would need to login to that NEW Positions Back Office and go to the Payment Page and start a NEW AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION through your Payment Processor, so the future Monthly Payments will be taken care of.
